  • Buy new clothes

  • Lose 20lbs
  • Lose 50lbs
  • Lose 75lbs
  • Lose 100lbs
  • Lose 137lbs (for my goal weight of 240lbs)
  • Understand relationship with food
  • Learn about macros
  • Begin seeing a psychiatrist regularly
  • Continue therapy
  • Get a job
  • Keep a job longer than 3 months
  • Walk around my apartment complex without dying
  • Leash train my dog
  • Workout for 3 days straight
  • Workout for 5 days straight
  • Workout for 2 weeks (2-2 day breaks)
  • Workout for 1 month (4-2 day breaks)
  • Join a gym
  • Get a real tan
